For the past 15 years I have been working extensively with individuals who find walking and standing either extremely challenging or simply not possible.
And yet, inspite of these challenges they are still determined to exercise regularly, and to develop a practice which helps improve their quality of life in a positive and proactive way.
As a result of this ongoing work I have created a complete set of seated Qigong exercises which are perfect for people with mobility challenges.
